Jeez Louis! This is great

TED is right! This app is awesome. Okay, so Ive only had Super Better for about 3 hours, but I have to say, it has already motivated me to do things I wouldnt have otherwise done. I downloaded it while listening to the TED Radio Hour Press Play episode and I am so glad I did. I hope that this initial motivation doesnt wear off, I dont think it will. If youll excuse me, I just chugged a glass of water and got three resilience points, so Im going to head to the ladies room.

Great app

Would love to see more packs, but as it is its still one of the best ideas Ive seen in a long time.

Potentially Life-Changing

Having devoured the book, I was thrilled to find the App, which makes it way easier to structure and game-ify all the great ideas in Supperbetter. Check the full website from time to time for the features not yet incorporated into the mobile version, and enjoy progressing toward your goals.

New Beginnings

Hoping to start dealing with the obstacles I construct that keep me from achieving my goals. Im terrible about sabotage and have had a complete lack of self love for most of my life. Looking forward to better tomorrows.

Fun, simple and motivatin

If you like crossing things off a list this is perfect. Plenty of choices and ability to customize.

Hoping to get super better

Just started the app, not seeing anything negative yet! Hoping this will change my views like it has done for so many others :)

Intriguing

I have only had this app for 24 hrs, but I am so excited to try it out over the next few weeks and see how my thought patterns change. So far my experience with the app recalls mindfulness training. But where "mindfulness" is such a broad idea that it becomes daunting, this app presents specific practices in a concrete and engaging manner, broken down into manageable pieces. The woman who invented this "game" was having a tough time recovering from a brain energy, and the system she devised--presented in this app--helped her get away from depression and suicidal thoughts and fully recover normal brain function. I heard about the app on the TED radio hour podcast "Why We Play."

Love it!

I was skeptical, but it actually seems to be helping! Loving it so far!

Just starting out

Just starting out with the app after hearing he Ted talk. Im optimistic it will help with my goals of making healthier choices and losing weight. I woke up this morning remembering my super hero name and thinking of some of the power ups I could do right away before going to work! So thats a great start!

Really cool

Gets me Going in a positive direction daily.

Really nice way to tackle a new healthy habit

Thanks for creating this app.

So much FUN!

I downloaded after listening to a TED radio hour entitled "press play" on the importance of play. I already challenge myself plenty, eat pretty healthy and exercise but sometimes its such a STRUGGLE. This makes taking care of myself a game and Im much more likely to look for other ways to play throughout the day.

Motivational

I love this app as it truly gets me moving. I could do with little reminders but when I click on it I do feel the need to be able to check of as many challenges as I can.

Love it

Need a boost? This opportunity is great. Whether you think your mental health needs a boost or you know you are awesome. Try this heavy reading app to keep your brain moving!

Positive spin on difficult situation

Ive only been playing a week. So far so good, and considering the designer, Im sure its well thought out!

Super excited about playing this

I just listened to her on the radio and was excited about the idea of using play to get better. This intuitively makes perfect sense to me. I cant wait to keep playing this!

This is fun and helpful.

Ive been using this app for a few days, and its helping me build resilience and mindfulness.
