This game has made recovery fun for me! The work I must do to manage my illness now has an element of fun, which has done wonders for me! The only suggestion I have: give us more! More power packs!

I am addicted and it is helping me get better every day.

Life changing!

This app helped me heal my frozen shoulder (adhesive capsulitis) now Im using it to just get heathy in general. The fact that it has great teaching that acts like a game is great, but making it customizable allows the user to have their own ah-ha moment while making it work for virtually everyone!

Helpful

I saw the TED talk onNetflix and downloaded the app; it was free and it has nice small steps to help people with a variety of struggles. I have been using it for a few days now and find it helpful. My feeling was what does it hurt to try it? So far I have not been disappointed.

SuperBetter changed my life.

Ive been playing the online game for a long time, and its been one of the best tools for managing my anxiety and depression. Im very happy with the functionality of the app. Its much more convenient than sitting down at my computer. Im more likely to remember to fit my dose of SuperBetter into my day with the app, because obviously my phone goes where I go. I just keep it open on my phone, and when I have a minute, I can scroll through for a power-up to do, or get points for what Ive already done that day.

I took to this immediately.

Ive been struggling with actually drinking more water despite knowing I need to, keeping a diet log and reflecting on what Im missing. Today, doing the Chug A Glass Of Water challenge, I actually did that. Its crazy that I need to game-ify my self-improvement or self-discipline, but its working and thats all that matters to me.

Love this app

After watching her TED talk, I decided to download this app. Ive always had problems with anxiety and coping with stress, so I thought this app would help, and it did!! Im a lot more motivated to take care of myself when its in a game like SuperBetter. This app helped me fight depression and for that Im eternally grateful.

Im excited that Ive been sticking with it. Its been motivating me to view setbacks as challenges or opportunities to learn and I love that! Such a great tracker. The only thing I would change is to have more power packs.

Doing power ups first thing in the morning sets my day off to a good start and makes it more likely that I will incorporate them into my lifestyle.
