Intriguing
I have only had this app for 24 hrs, but I am so excited to try it out over the next few weeks and see how my thought patterns change. So far my experience with the app recalls mindfulness training. But where "mindfulness" is such a broad idea that it becomes daunting, this app presents specific practices in a concrete and engaging manner, broken down into manageable pieces. The woman who invented this "game" was having a tough time recovering from a brain energy, and the system she devised--presented in this app--helped her get away from depression and suicidal thoughts and fully recover normal brain function.
I heard about the app on the TED radio hour podcast "Why We Play."
